Charlotte & Danny
We’ve been working together for over 13+ years and are currently taking up space as a senior creative/CD team at Sainsbury’s Zest.
We believe there’s an opportunity in every brief, regardless of media. Together we’ve done everything from organic social content to global brand campaigns. We love ideas that can infiltrate culture and ultimately end up on our #FYP.
We’re passionate about nurturing and celebrating young talent in the creative industry. We’ve managed junior teams in all of our senior roles. We’ve helped run The Young Creative Council in London (2013-2020), have been D&AD shift mentors and have even set up numerous placement schemes in agencies across the city.
In 2019, we co-founded Badass.gal, an online platform and creative community which aimed to help hero, support and inspire entry level female creatives with the aim to increase the stats on female creatives working in the industry. The platform quickly became a recognised industry resource for hiring, collaborating with as well as providing a daily dose of inspiration.
In our spare time, Charlotte is a keen gardener and has even featured on BBC Gardeners’ World. She is also writing a book on how to create a garden, inspired by her own story which she’s documented on instagram.
When Danny’s not working, you’ll find him in the gym as he is working towards his PT qualification.

May 2019: Danny was named as a ‘Male agent of change’ by The Women’s Business Council, Management Today and Sky. An award which puts a spotlight Britain’s "Agents of Change" – an army of male leaders who are tackling inequality at work by changing company cultures, shattering glass ceilings and challenging the status quo.
May 2019: Speaker at the Young Women in business conference hosted by Management Today
June 2019: Charlotte was invited to join Amol Rajan on his BBC Radio 4 Media Show to discuss the new ASA regulations around the use of harmful gender stereotypes in advertising.
